This listing is for the TMC TD04L-PHASE 2 Hybrid Turbocharger only, intended for experienced builders and tuners integrating a high-flow TD04L upgrade into a custom performance setup.
Built using a genuine Mitsubishi TD04L core, the PHASE 2 turbo features a revised compressor housing and a larger, lightened 7075 aluminium (Ergal) compressor wheel, delivering increased airflow and higher power potential while maintaining strong spool characteristics and long-term reliability.
This turbocharger is suitable for high-output 1.4 T-Jet and 1.4 MultiAir builds across Abarth and Alfa Romeo platforms, where bespoke exhaust, fuelling, and calibration solutions are planned.
Performance Capability
Safe Power Range: Up to 260 BHP with appropriate supporting modifications
Maximum Potential: Up to 285 BHP (engine, hardware, and calibration dependent)
Boost Capability: Up to approximately 1.7 bar depending on setup
Forged engine internals and upgraded camshafts are recommended for sustained high-power and high-RPM applications.

No downpipe, sensors, injectors, gaskets, or fitting hardware are included.
A custom or aftermarket downpipe is required for installation.
An ECU remap and high-octane fuel (99 RON recommended) are essential for safe operation.
