Take your Fiat 500 Abarth USA to the next level with the TMC TD04L-PHASE 2 Hybrid Turbo Kit, our most advanced bolt-on turbo upgrade developed specifically for the 1.4 MultiAir platform.

Featuring a revised compressor housing and a larger, lightened 7075 aluminium (Ergal) compressor wheel, this PHASE 2 turbo delivers increased airflow, strong response, and proven reliability. With the correct supporting modifications, this kit supports up to 285 BHP, making it ideal for high-performance street or track-focused builds.

Important Notes

3-bar MAP and boost sensors are not included, as all Fiat 500 Abarth USA models are factory-equipped with these.

390 cc injectors are not required. The factory USA injectors are suitable for builds up to approximately 250 BHP. Higher power levels may require injector upgrades depending on calibration.
