Based around the TD04L-PHASE 1 hybrid turbo, this kit delivers excellent spool response, strong mid-range performance, and dependable power delivery. With the correct supporting modifications, it supports up to 260 BHP, making it an ideal fast-road or track-focused solution for MultiAir builds.

Red hard-anodised 7075 aluminium (Ergal) compressor impeller
860 °C continuous rating (920 °C peak)
Integrated actuator
De-cat downpipe (optional sports catalyst available separately – may reduce peak power)
Modified oil hose
Blow-off valve relocation adapter (required for MultiAir – included)
Flanges, gaskets, clamps, bolts, and all required fitting hardware

Important Notes

3-bar MAP and boost sensors are not included, as all Fiat 500 Abarth USA models are factory-equipped.

Bosch 390 cc injectors are not required. Factory USA injectors typically support builds up to approximately 250 BHP. Higher power levels may require injector upgrades depending on calibration.
