The Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium) delivers an immersive sound experience for the BMW XM™s V8 engine, crafted entirely from high-grade titanium with integrated acoustic reflectors that direct external sound toward the cabin. Two integrated exhaust valves within the muffler manage gas flow to produce a smooth and harmonic tone at low RPMs, transitioning to a deep, resonant V8 growl in the mid-range, and culminating in a high-frequency motorsport-inspired crescendo at higher revs. This sound progression is precisely calibrated to align with engine load and RPM for an acoustically thrilling yet refined drive.
