ARP M9 Uprated Head Studs & Nuts Kit – Abarth, Fiat, Alfa Romeo & Dodge 1.4T Engines

This ARP Pro Series M9 uprated cylinder head stud kit is designed for 1.4T T-Jet and MultiAir engines used across selected Abarth, Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Dodge applications.

Manufactured from ARP2000 material, the studs are designed to provide increased clamping strength and reliability compared with the original torque-to-yield head bolts, making them particularly suited to performance and highly tuned applications.

Installation Notes

• Studs should be installed into the engine block hand tight only
• Do not apply torque to the studs when installing them into the block
• Nuts should be tightened to 88 Nm
• Tighten the nuts progressively in three equal stages
• Correct cylinder head tightening sequence and installation procedures should always be followed

Important Information

This M9 kit is intended as an uprated replacement for the factory torque-to-yield cylinder head bolts on compatible 1.4T applications.

Professional installation by an experienced engine builder or technician is strongly recommended.
