The Akrapovič Slip-On Line Stainless Steel Exhaust System is a premium performance exhaust upgrade for the Abarth 500, 595 and 695, supplied here with the Akrapovič valve system, Sound Kit and your choice of 115 mm tailpipes.

Designed specifically for the 1.4 16V T-Jet platform, this configuration gives you the full Akrapovič experience, combining improved gas flow, reduced weight and a selectable exhaust character that can be adjusted using the supplied Sound Kit.

Akrapovič Sound Kit

This version includes the Akrapovič Sound Kit, allowing independent control of the exhaust valve and therefore the exhaust sound.

With the valve closed, the exhaust remains more restrained for everyday driving.

With the valve open, the exhaust becomes deeper and noticeably louder, delivering the full Akrapovič character without unwanted drone.

Sound

Akrapovič has tuned the system to deliver a deeper, more purposeful exhaust note at lower engine speeds, becoming sharper and more aggressive as the revs rise.

The valve system allows the sound level and character to be adjusted to suit the driving situation.

Performance

The freer-flowing exhaust design reduces back pressure and improves gas flow compared with the factory system.

Akrapovič dyno testing records:

• +3.0 hp at 4,950 rpm
• +3.0 ft-lb torque at 4,300 rpm

The stainless steel construction also provides an approximate 2.9 kg weight reduction, equating to around 22.2% less weight than the original exhaust.

These performance figures apply to the exhaust system with the Akrapovič Sound Kit fitted and the valves open.
