By removing the original restrictive catalytic converter located within the factory OEM downpipe, back pressure is hugely reduced, which effectively improves the engine’s breathing by allowing it to expel gases more quickly. This in return means faster throttle response, increased power output and a more aggressive exhaust note.
Expect more popping & deeper aggressive exhaust sound. Gain 10bhp + (depends on spec of your car).
Please note: This part is sold for motorsport and off road use only and will NOT be able to pass a UK MOT emissions test or police road side checks.
- This de-cat will also fit Volvo C30 T5.
- This de-cat will not fit with the standard Focus RS exhaust system, an aftermarket system will be required.
