Unleash the full potential of your Abarth with the TMC TD04L Hybrid Turbo Kit, a proven and reliable upgrade designed to deliver strong, usable performance with excellent spool characteristics. With the correct supporting modifications, this kit supports up to 260 BHP, making it an ideal fast-road and track-capable solution.

This package is based around the TD04L-PHASE 1 hybrid turbo, developed for consistent performance and long-term reliability across both T-Jet and MultiAir platforms.

Engine-specific requirements:
• 1.4 T-Jet:
 – Forged pistons and rods recommended for higher output builds
 – Upgraded camshafts required for 270+ BHP

• 1.4 MultiAir:
 – Upgraded camshafts required for 240+ BHP

Upgraded brakes and suspension are strongly recommended to match the increased performance.

TD04L-PHASE 1 Hybrid Turbocharger
Genuine Mitsubishi core, professionally balanced
Red hard-anodised 7075 aluminium (Ergal) compressor impeller
860 °C continuous temperature rating (920 °C peak)
0.6 bar actuator
De-cat downpipe
(Optional sports catalyst available separately – may limit peak power)
Bosch 390 cc injectors
(required unless using Abarth Punto Evo or Abarth 124 Spider)
Bosch 3 bar MAP and boost sensors
(required unless already equipped with the factory 180 BHP setup)
Modified oil hose, oil spacer bolts, and water hose cap

Euro 6 kits include an uprated Pierburg valve for improved boost stability.

Flanges, gaskets, clamps, bolts, nuts, and all required fitting hardware are included.

Note: Basic kits do not include injectors or sensors.
