Performance Overview
Our TMC Motorsport intercooler offers up to 25% increased volume and approximately 100% greater surface area compared to the standard twin intercooler setup.
Following extensive in-house testing, this intercooler provides reliable cooling capability for builds up to approximately 260 BHP. Beyond this level, intake temperatures can begin to rise under sustained load.
This was a deliberate engineering decision. The majority of Abarth owners operate below this power threshold, allowing us to design a highly effective solution while keeping the kit competitively priced. For the small percentage of customers targeting higher power figures, we offer alternative solutions capable of supporting greater performance levels.
