Take your Abarth Punto Evo or Grande Punto to the next level with the TMC TD04L-PHASE 2 Hybrid Turbo Kit, our most advanced TD04L-based upgrade developed for high-output 1.4 platforms.

Featuring a revised compressor housing and a larger, lightened 7075 aluminium (Ergal) compressor wheel, the PHASE 2 turbo delivers increased airflow, strong spool characteristics, and proven reliability. With the correct supporting modifications, this kit supports up to 285 BHP, making it suitable for serious fast-road or track-focused builds.

This package is tailored to both:

• 1.4 MultiAir applications (Punto Evo)

• 1.4 T-Jet applications (Grande Punto)

with engine-specific requirements clearly defined below.

 – Upgraded camshafts required for 270+ BHP

Brake and suspension upgrades are strongly recommended for safety and control.

22 mm outlet for increased airflow
860 °C continuous rating (920 °C peak)
0.6 bar actuator
De-cat downpipe
Modified oil hose and oil spacer bolts
7075 aluminium (Ergal) water line blanking cap

MultiAir-specific components (Punto Evo):
Blow-off valve relocation adapter (included)

Flanges, gaskets, clamps, bolts, and all required fitting hardware

Euro 6 kits include an uprated Pierburg valve for improved boost stability.

Important Notes

Bosch 3-bar MAP and boost sensors are not included, as both Punto Evo MultiAir and Grande Punto T-Jet models are factory-equipped.

Injector requirements depend on engine type and calibration:
• MultiAir models typically retain factory injectors up to ~250 BHP
• Higher power levels may require injector upgrades
