Developed through decades of motorsport experience, the GMC Racing Stainless Steel Tubular Exhaust Manifold Kit is designed specifically for Abarth 500, 595, and 695 models equipped with the Garrett GT1446 turbocharger.

Manufactured entirely from 1.5mm wall thickness 304 stainless steel, this manifold weighs just 3.5kg, making it one of the lightest tubular manifold solutions available for the Abarth platform. The advanced design has been engineered to improve exhaust gas flow, helping to reduce back pressure, improve turbocharger efficiency, and support increased power and reliability.

Designed and manufactured by GMC Racing in Italy, this manifold is the result of years of motorsport development and testing, offering a significant upgrade over the restrictive factory cast manifold.

Unlike many kits available elsewhere, our package includes the genuine GMC Racing oil feed pipe and oil return pipe, providing a more complete installation solution.

Performance Benefits

The factory cast manifold can become a restriction on higher-performance applications. The GMC Racing tubular manifold has been developed to optimise exhaust gas flow and improve turbocharger efficiency.

By reducing restriction and improving gas evacuation from the cylinder head, the manifold helps support increased power output while also reducing exhaust temperatures and improving overall reliability.

Important Information

This manifold requires supporting modifications and professional installation.

ECU calibration/remapping will be required to achieve optimum performance and safe operation.

This kit should only be installed by a competent professional who is experienced with custom turbocharged vehicle builds. Depending on the vehicle specification and existing modifications, custom adjustments may be required during installation, particularly when used alongside aftermarket intake systems, intercoolers, boost pipework, and other performance upgrades.

Installation of this manifold requires modifications to the exhaust system, intake system, engine water pipework, and turbocharger hoses.

GMC Racing recommends replacing the water hose gasket with Fiat part number 71776601, which is available separately on our website.

Depending on your power goals, additional fuel system upgrades such as larger injectors may also be required.
