AIRTEC Motorsport J-Pipe V2 for BMW M2 Comp, M3 & M4

As part of our expanding BMW S55 product range, AIRTEC Motorsport are proud to launch our new and improved replacement J-pipe for the M2 Competition, M3 and M4 suitable for track or fast road use.

In original form, due to the thin plastic construction these pipes are known to split or fracture along the seam or flange even at standard levels of boost, and when pressure is increased with a remap they are even more prone to fail.

Our direct replacement enlarged pipe is made from high quality cast aluminium and can withstand any increase in boost pressure and features a CNC-machined billet flange for a perfect fitment. 

It has been designed to fully capitalise on the limited space provided in the tight confines of the engine bay and as a result, the pipe now measures 3.5″ in diameter throughout, compared to the original 3.3″ version, which is vastly superior to other mandrel bend versions available. This increased internal capacity optimises flow and reduces restriction, which is hugely beneficial on standard cars and essential on tuned examples. 

Finished in powder coated black with a cast AIRTEC Motorsport logo, there are also ports for meth injection and the comprehensive fitting kit includes a Pro Hoses silicone connector, O-ring, stainless-steel spring clip and jubilee clips, as well as detailed installation instructions.
