ADE Custom Large Front Mounted Intercooler Kit – Abarth 124 Spider

Maximise charge-air cooling with the ADE Custom Large Front Mounted Intercooler Kit, designed and developed by AdEdmundson (Abarth Development Engineering) for the Abarth 124 Spider.

Using the same large intercooler core as ADE’s Abarth 500 / 595 / 695 setup, this kit is suitable for builds producing up to 350 BHP. The larger core helps reduce intake air temperatures and improve resistance to heat soak, making it a strong upgrade for tuned and higher-powered applications.

Unlike many more involved intercooler conversions, the ADE 124 Spider kit is designed to be largely plug-and-play. Installation requires modification of only two brackets, after which the intercooler bolts into position and works with the original OEM pipework, aside from the two hard pipes already welded directly to the intercooler.

Installation Notes

This kit is designed to be largely plug-and-play, but some modification is required.

During installation:

• Two mounting brackets must be cut / modified
• The intercooler then bolts into position
• The original OEM pipework is reused
• Two hard pipes are already welded directly onto the intercooler

Professional installation is recommended.
