Crafted entirely from lightweight titanium, this system is designed to enhance every aspect of the driving experience”from sound and performance to weight savings and aesthetics. Sound

The Slip-On Line transforms the exhaust note of the Audi R8, accentuating the V10™s natural tones. At lower revs system produces a refined growl, while higher revs unleash a race-inspired soundtrack that elevates driver engagement. Designed with dual-mode exhaust valves, secondary resonators, and specialised muffler shapes system balances comfort and performance, eliminating intrusive droning in the cabin. For even greater control over the sound profile optional Akrapovič Sound Kit provides adjustable valve settings, enhancing the acoustic experience in every driving mode.

Performance

Engineered for maximum performance Slip-On Line reduces back pressure by nearly half compared to the stock system. This freer-flowing design improves gas flow, enabling sharper throttle response and stronger acceleration. Dyno testing reveals impressive gains of +11.5 hp at 5,950 rpm and +14.8 ft-lb of torque at 6,050 rpm. Weighing 19.5 kg less than the stock exhaust”a reduction of 57%”the titanium construction also improves handling and overall driving dynamics, making the R8 even more agile and responsive. These benefits are achieved without the need for ECU remapping, ensuring seamless installation and compatibility with the R8™s factory setup.
