Milltek Active Valve Control System (Audi S4/S5/SQ5)

This module is designed to integrate with the existing driver select modes to operate the valves, once the module is installed it will default valve behaviour to be as follows

• Comfort / Eco Mode = Closed up to 5k RPM
• Auto Mode = closed up to 3k RPM
• Dynamic = Open all the time
• Cold Start = Valve closed (usually open with stock exhaust)
• 4 Cylinder mode = Valve closed

The module also offers an override to open and close valves on demand regardless of drive mode by pressing the ESP button twice is quick succession.

Active Valve Control (AVC) is available to support both vehicles equipped with factory valves on the exhaust as well as a growing range of upgrades Milltek Sport offers to have performance exhaust systems with Valve Control. Also with optional App control on selected models, via iPhone or Android smartphone app’s, AVC brings total control of the exhaust to the drivers finger tips, via full CAN BUS integration with built in safety controls, Milltek’s AVC enables the driver to choose when the valves open and close to tune the sound and volume of the exhaust.
