The arms are pre-fitted with GodFlex Performance Series Polyurethane Bushes with a Shore A hardness of 85.

Important – Final Tightening at Normal Ride Height

Suspension arm mounting bolts that pass through the polyurethane bushes must receive their final tightening with the suspension at its normal operating ride height.

The final tightening must not be carried out while the suspension is hanging at full droop.

Tightening the bush mounting bolts with the suspension unloaded can introduce incorrect preload into the polyurethane bush, increasing internal stress and potentially reducing its service life.

Where necessary, the suspension should be supported in its normal operating position before the final tightening of the mounting bolts is carried out.

Four-Wheel Alignment Required

A full four-wheel alignment must be completed immediately after installation and before the vehicle is returned to normal road use.

Replacing suspension arms can alter suspension geometry and wheel alignment settings.

Driving the vehicle without first checking and correcting the alignment may result in:

• Reduced handling performance
• Increased or uneven tyre wear
• Uneven loading of suspension components
