This is achieved through a carefully designed\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eX-crossing\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eelement in the link pipes that influences the sound. This allows the exhaust gases to mix from both sides of the engine, placing the resulting combination on par with a finely tuned musical instrument and creating incredible high-frequency overtones as the revs rise, all without any compromise to aural clarity and comfort.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eAn optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is available, which will increase the aural pleasure at lower revs and further supplement the sound as the revs rise, adding a thrill to the launch of the car from a standstill.
